William Robert Eisenman, a thirty-two-year-old music teacher at Evergreen, Colorado high and middle schools was arrested Wednesday on charges of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust and sexual assault on a child, pattern of abuse.
Eisenman who has worked for Jefferson County Schools for one year came to the attention of authorities earlier this week owing to two separate allegations of sexual assault involving the suspect and female students from the high school.
Investigators brought the allegations to the attention of administrators of both Evergreen Middle School and Evergreen High School and Eisenman was immediately put on administrative leave. Investigators believe there are other victims and are urging them to come forward.
Police say that the assaults happened over a six-month period, however the arrest affidavit has been sealed pending further investigation thereby making additional details on the allegations unavailable.
Bail for Eisenman was set at $35,000 and his next court appearance is set for May 30th.
Update: 5/30/07
Today William Eisenman was officially charged with 12 counts of sexual assault on a child with all 12 counts relating to one student at Evergreen High School.
06/24/08 - Guilty Verdict
A Jefferson County jury has convicted William Eisenman of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust as a pattern of conduct.
Prosecutors said Eisenman had sex with the girl at least 21 times, including one threesome that he set up at a hotel during the All State Jazz Festival in Greeley.
08/19/08 - Sentencing
William Robert Eisenman was today sentenced to 15 years to life in prison for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old student.
Reportedly Eisenman apologized to his two teenage victims, saying he hopes they will recover “from this mess.”

I went to high school with this man and we worked together outside of school as well and to say I am shocked and disappointed is an EXTREME understatement!!! I never would have guessed in a million years that Bobby was capable of this….I am just so sad for him and whatever it is that possessed him to act in such a way…I will definately say a prayer for him and his family as well as the families of the girls involved…

Way to go band geeks…so is this what I pay music teachers to do…this is rediculous…..you band geeks need to teach music…not physical education….you clowns!!!!!
