William Eiseman, 27, a former science teacher and football coach at Rutherford B. Hayes High School, in Delaware, Ohio who in October 2006 pleaded guilty to felony sexual battery of a the 16-year-old female student and who was sentenced to two years in prison, labeled a sexually oriented offender and whose teaching license was revoked by the state wants out of prison early.

Eiseman, who has served less than half of his prison sentence apparently believes that his good behavior and remorse should earn him an early release from prison. His attorney, Anthony Heald, told Judge Everett H. Krueger, “He has been punished. He has been punished appropriately. It’s time to get on to other goals.”
Prosecutor Dave Yost scoffed at the idea of an early release for Eiseman saying, “When a man, a teacher, settles on a 16-year-old child under his instruction as the object of his lust, he’s crossed the line and can’t come back.”
Eiseman told the judge, “I did make a mistake. I know that I’ve paid for it.”.
Eiseman told the judge that if he is released from prison he will work as a traveling pet food salesman and live in Delaware, Ohio unless the judge permits him to move to Michigan to live near family. The victim’s family through the prosecutor asked that if Eiseman is released that he be prohibited from living in Delaware to insure that the victim does not encounter him on the street.
Judge Krueger is taking a few days to make a decision and has up to 10 days to do so.

I think he has paid his time, and I believe anyone who thinks he is a bad man sould bite their toungue. Dont ever speak of the negative toward Mr.Eiseman. I know he did a bad thing, but dont think for one second you guys have never done anything wrong. I imagine that this crime is worse, but dont think your all angels. God is watching over Mr. Eiseman, but he paid his dues. He has given more to the country then 75% of you all. And im willing to bet he still is a better man/person than any of you
