Tracy Sullins, 49, a former security guard at Hale High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been sentenced to 17 years in prison to be followed by three years probation for molesting a girl he met at the school.
In April, Sullins, without benefit of a plea deal with prosecutors, pleaded no contest to one count of lewd molestation.
Sullins was reportedly the lead security guard at Hale High School between 2004 and 2005 and worked as a substitute guard for different Tulsa schools on occasion in 2006.
The victim told investigators that she was 14 when Sullins began paying her to watch him masturbate on a web camera and to have lunch with him. She also told investigators that when she was 15 he paid her to masturbate him in his truck which at the time was parked in front of her home.
Sullins was not an employee of the school system but rather the employee of a private firm contracted with the school system for security services.
Sullins came to the attention of authorities by way of an internet sting operation conducted by law enforcement in Missouri in 2007. During the course of that investigation, officers identified the victim in this case along with several other young girls with whom Sullins allegedly communicated with online.

EDUCATE YOUR SELF ON NYMPHOTISM, WHEN THE 14 YEAR OLD BECOMES TOO “OLD” FOR THE PREDATOR AND HE SOLICITS YOUNGER SISTERS, COUSINS, NEIGHBORS. THE VILE DETAILS CANT BE COVERED HERE,SOME OF US HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT FOREVER, AND AT THIS MOMENT 12 YEAR OLDS ARE BEING GROOMED AND BRAINWASHED ALL OVER TULSA AND THE COUNTRY. INSTEAD OF TAKING UP FOR THIS MAN, YOU SHOULD INVOLVE YOURSELF IN HALTING THIS ACTIVITY. PRIOR RECORD? TULSA PUBLIC SCHOOLS EMPLOYED HIM AS “LEAD SECURITY GUARD” FOR YEARS, THEN TRIED TO COVER IT UP. HOW CAN YOU NOT BE OUTRAGED?!!!

Does anyone know if this guy had a prior record?
Based on other cases on this site, this offense looks more like a 6-8 year sentence (with the internet contact enhancements and the fact they found other girls he’d communicated with).
