Tracy Lee Judy, 37, a teacher at Forest Circle Middle School in Walterboro, South Carolina has reportedly been arrested on a charge of criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
It is alleged that Judy had a relationship with a 15-year-old female student.
Following his arrest Judy was reportedly being held in the Colleton County Detention Center pending a bond hearing.
05/13/09 - Suicide Attempt On Eve Of Trial
Reportedly, Tracy Lee Judy allegedly tried to kill himself on the eve of his trial this week after mailing a suicide note full of apologies and allegations.
Allegedly, Judy took an overdose of painkillers. He was transported to Colleton Regional Medical Center Monday night and reportedly his condition today was listed as stable.
06/03/09 - Guilty Plea and Sentencing
Tracy Lee Judy has reportedly pleaded guilty to criminal solicitation of a minor and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Judy was sentenced to five years in prison, two years probation upon completion of the prison term and he is required to register as a sex offender for life.

Mr. Judy was a good man and teacher. Many people say they don’t like him and think of him as criminal without even knowing what happened. But his family along with him are still like mine. I wanted to say that I absolutely love his wife and oldest daughter and that Mr. Judy has always been like a father figure to me. And the people who are on here saying these things about him need to take a look in the mirror. You’re childish have the courage to say it to his face. I was in his class he made me pass it with flying colors. He kept me out of trouble and if I had a problem he would listen. He has never ever done anything to make me feel uncomfortable around him. And I trust him. He is not a pervert he did not force it on this “child”. Both were willing he was simply not thinking like he should have been and I admit was dumb on his behalf. But him and his family have suffered enough. It’s time to give it a rest. And Ms. Danni on here grow up, get a life because he didn’t even teach the victim and her name is NOT Danni. im here to express my feelings towards this. this is absolutly crazy. mr.judy is the best teacher i ever had. not once did i see him act not professional. i cant believe this. its lunatic. i refuse to believe it.

Sheri we love you.. you need to come back to columbia and leave that (*******)…that (*******) should be ashamed of himself having oral sex with a 15 year old….Tracy I hope you hang by your (*****) in jail…I also hope those inmates give you what you deserve….
