Tracy Hinson, 38, a science teacher at Lake County High School in Tiptonville, Tennessee has been charged with contributing to the unruly behavior of minor.

It is alleged that Hinson had been sexually involved with a 16-year-old male student.
Hinson has a court appearance set for May 14th.
Reportedly Hinson who has been with the school district since 1992 has been suspended without pay.
05/14/08 - Charges Dismissed
In a courtroom packed with Tracy Hinson supporters, the prosecutor told the judge that he wished to dismiss the charge against Hinson “in this court at this time”.
Judge Danny Goodman dismissed the charges without prejudice, meaning the charges can be refiled at a later time.
A sheriff’s office investigator indicated that the case is still under investigation.
Reportedly Hinson remains suspended without pay by the school system until the investigation is concluded.
08/27/08 - No Contest Plea and Sentencing
Tracy Hinson has pleaded no contest to a single charge of aggravated statutory rape.
Hinson was sentenced to two years diversion, which is basically probation and was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Hinson, against whom charges was dismissed in May appeared in court under a criminal information, as opposed to a grand jury indictment.
Had the case not been resolved with the plea agreement, it is possible that Hinson would have been indicted by a grand jury as the result of the investigation conducted Lake County Sheriff’s Department.
Hinson resigned from the school system in May.

It sounds like the court system wore her down and she copped a plea to end the torment on her and her family and all their suffering.
