Tina Walker, a physical education teacher at Gaithersburg Elementary School in Gaithersburg, Maryland has been indicted on charges of sexual abuse of a minor and being an accessory after the fact.
The charges against Walker are related to those of Randall J. Fleming, a 20-year-old registered sex offender, who was also indicted for the sexual abuse of a minor and two counts of fourth-degree sex offense.
The alleged victim was not a student at Gaithersburg Elementary.
Walker has been placed on paid leave by the school system pending the outcome of the case.
01/02/09 – Case Update
Court records indicate that on 09/18/08 that the prosecution made an oral motion to place the case of Tina Walker on the “stet docket” for a period of one year.
This means that a stay of proceedings was requested by the state.
The judge granted the state’s motion and the case was stayed for 1 year.

She was my gym teacher when i was in 3rd grade. now im in 10th. i cant belive this… she was such a great gym teacher
She sound go to prison for a long time. I think she’s every bit as sick as the sex offender that she was hanging out with. What kind of woman hangs out with a sex offender and then abuses a child with him. That is some sick stuff. He should get life, and she should get atleast 25 yrs.
