Tim Bennett, 35, a librarian at Nelson County Middle School and track coach at Nelson County High School in Lovingston, Virginia has pleaded guilty to soliciting sex from a minor over the Internet.

Bennett was arrested in late September of last year in an internet sting conducted by a Fairfax County police detective who was posing online as a 13-year-old girl.

Following his guilty plea Bennett was jailed in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond awaiting his June 26 sentencing.

    I have two young children, not yet in school. I live in the Nelson district and find it very disturbing they would even hire a teacher who has a background as Seeley did. This world is falling apart .. one day at a time. I will home school my children before they go into the horrible falling nelson system.
