Stephen Hume

Stephen Hume, a former art teacher at Thatcher High School in Thatcher, Arizona has pleaded guilty to six counts of attempted voyeurism.
Hume was originally charged with 14 counts of voyeurism and surreptitious photography on allegations that he video-recorded his students as they changed clothes for art projects.
As part of the plea deal Hume pleaded guilty to a single count of attempted voyeurism, one for each alleged victim.
Sentencing is set for May 5th and punishment may range from probation to 6 years in prison.
05/10/08 - Sentencing
Stephen Hume has been sentenced to one year in jail, three years of intensive probation and he will be required to register as a sex offender.
Upon completion of his probation, his probation officer may recommend Hume be removed from the sex offender registration.
