Stephanie Layman

Stephanie Layman, a former teacher in the Eufaula Public Schools in Eufaula, Oklahoma has been charged in McIntosh County District Court with second-degree rape of a minor.

Layman is accused of having sexual relations with a male former student.

No arrest warrant has been issued for Layman who through her attorney has agreed to turn herself in next Wednesday.

Layman reportedly holds a degree in mathematics and has received special certification from the Oklahoma State Department of Education in Special Education and was hired by the Eufaula Public Schools to work with learning disabled students.
