Shawn D. Cier

Shawn D. Cier, 34, an art teacher at Hightstown High School in Hightstown, New Jersey has been arrested on allegations that he showed a pornographic cell phone video to two female students.

Cier was reportedly charged with knowingly exhibiting obscene material to a minor, child abuse and harassment.

It is alleged that Cier showed a pornographic video that was on his cell phone to two female students, ages 16 and 17, while at the high school.

It is further alleged that Cier also made numerous sexually suggestive comments to the two students over the last four months.

The complaints were made to school officials, who notified Hightstown police early this month.

Following his arrest and processing, Cier was released on his own recognizance, under orders not to have contact with the two girls.

Cier’s next court date is scheduled for July 1 in Hightstown Borough Municipal Court.

Police urge anyone with information on the Cier case to contact Detective Miller (609) 448-1234 or the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Child Abuse/Sex Assault Unit (609) 989-6568.

    Here’s still another case of an “adult” loser wanting to fit in and be cool with the teenagers. He’s the kind of guy who can’t find a woman around his own age, so he desperately preys on the innocent. This guy is sickening.
