(04/11/08 - Initial BBT Report)
Scott Thomas Strandberg Jr., 24, a drumline coach at Leonardtown High School in Leonardtown, Maryland has been arrested and charged on allegations he had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female student.
Strandberg has been charged with one count of child sexual abuse.
The alleged sexual abuse is said to have taken place on a school bus and in Strandberg’s home between September and November of last year.

And everybody acts like this is news or something. It seems like most band or drumline people who teach and aren’t paid teachers but paid contractors are perverts. I haven’t been involved with any music program yet that didn’t have some problem with the students. They need to wait longer before coming back and teaching anyone, this way they aren’t so close in age to those they’re teaching.
He looks like a creep, a creep and a drum instructor!

@ KNOW THE REAL STORY:
She won’t be “of age” until dec of this year and the incident happened 2 years ago… If she is not of age now, how was she of age then?
She also wasn’t the only underage girl he was with. There were others that didn’t have the courage to step forward, at least one of whom was 15.
Why don’t YOU know the facts before you talk?

If you knew the real story you would know she set him up in order for him to actually spend those 10 days in jail. This girl was of age and knew what she was doing. She was in on it from the begining. NOW THE FACTS BEFORE YOU TALK!!

He plead guilty and it looks like he only had to spend 10 days in jail. Must be nice…
