Scott Jones, 37, a band teacher at Rock Hill High School in Ironton, Ohio has been arrested and charged with sexual battery of two female students ages 15 and 17-years-old.

It is alleged that Jones had sexual contact with the two teenage girls happened numerous times at various locations here on Rock Hill school property.

Jones, who was reportedly placed on administrative leave by the school system, was arraigned on Monday.

He is reportedly free on $50,000 bond.

07/02/08 - Grand Jury Indictment

A Lawrence County grand jury has indicted Scott Jones on two counts of sexual battery.

If convicted Jones faces up to five years in prison on each count.

07/30/08 - Scott Jones Re-indicted

Owing to a clerical error in the original indictment of Scott Jones he has been re-indicted.

No changes in charges or allegations were made and Jones remains free on bond.
