Rosanna Encinas Brown, 49, anEnglish teacher at the Ed Pastor Elementary School in Phoenix, Arizona has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14 year-old male student.
Reportedly Brown was booked into Maricopa County jail Sunday on three counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
It is alleged that Brown lured one of her 14-year-old students to a Valley hotel room Saturday for sex, according to Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies who also said Brown was text messaging the boy for days leading up to the sexual assault.
It is futher alleged that Brown lured the victim to the Best Western Hotel in Tempe by portraying herself as a sexually active teenager. It is alleged that the two had oral, vaginal and anal sexual relations.
Reportedly, once the boy left the hotel room, he phoned his mother saying a woman he identified as his English teacher had sexually assaulted him.
Brown came to the attention of authorities when the boy’s mother convinced her son to allow her to accompany him back to the hotel room where the victim’s mother confronted Brown before calling the sheriff’s office.
Reportedly when deputies arrived at the hotel, Brown was hiding in a bathroom before she was taken away in handcuffs.
02/05/09 – Case Update
Reportedly, Rosanna Brown told investigators she lured a 14-year-old student into a darkened Tempe hotel room and had sex with him to keep the boy from sleeping with her goddaughter.
The boy told investigators that when he opened his cellphone the light from the phone revealed that the other person in the room was his teacher.

I’ve known Mrs. Brown since before i was a student at Cesar chavez elementary school that was in 1999 I AM 21 NOW i knew her whole family and even attended class wit one of her children. I still believe she is the best teacher i’ve ever known and ever will know. I actually was able to use some of the life lesson i learned a can still remember all the things she has taught me in education. I still dont wanna believe she did that, and i never will….. I LOVE YOU MRS. BROWN!!! KEEP YOUR HEAD HELD HIGH!!!!

I CANT BELIEVE SHE WULD DO THIS TO US!!!! Tats nasty!!!! LIKE WE TRUSTED HER!!!! SHE EVEN HAD SOME PPL NUMBERS!!!! SHE WAS SO COOL!! SHE SAID POSITIVE+ POSITIVE= POSITIVE RESULTS!!! U KNO WAT WAT SHE DID WAS NEGITIVE+ NEGITVE= NEGITIVE RUSULTS!!! SHE HAD DIABETES AND ACID REFLEX!!!! THEN SHE FILL OUR HEADS UP WITH ALL THIS CRAPP!!! I MISS HER!!! I WISH SHE DIDNT DO THAT!!!! :’(

Danqq iNever thouqht Ms.Brown would ever do somethinqq like dhatt! Just to keep him away from her,dhey were datinqq &&Dhey really liked each other! dhatt was none of her business! Uqqqh shes qross!! iDnt miss her tho! she qave us so much work!!! We qot a cool teacher after her:D

i cant believe that she was the best teacher ever and she and i talked about our personal life. but now that she has done that i hope she rotts and dies in prison.

I cant believe this she was the best teacher ever….alll the students from Ed Pastor School trusted her and her questions about her life….. she always told us Positive + Positive = Postive Results. Know that this happened i dont think that any of the students at Pastor can trust anyone anymore. I was one of her students that talked to her almost everyday i talked to her about my personal stuff…….. we going to misss her a lot. But that is just nasty what kind of teacher would do that?

i CANN’T BELIVE THIS SHE WAS THE BEST TEACHER EVER..aLL THE KIDS TRUSTED HER AND ASK HER QUESTIONS ABOUT LIFE..sHE ALWAYS TOLD US POSTIVE+POSTIVE=POSTIVE RESULTS. KNOW THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED I DON;T THINK ANY OF THE KIDS IN PASTOR CAN TRUST ANY ONE.I WAS ONE OF HER STUDENTS THAT TALK TO HER EVERY DAY..WE GOING TO MISS HER.BUT THAT IS GROSS…….BYE MRS.BROWN
