Ronald D. Suitts, 56, a former German teacher at Larkin High School in Elgin, Illinois has been arrested and charged with criminal sexual assault on allegations of a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female student.
The arrest is the result of a three month investigation conducted by Elgin Police after a now 22-year-old woman came forward alleging that Suitts carried on a relationship with the her from the fall of 2002 until the fall 2003.
During the course of the investigation, detectives obtained a search warrant permitting them to overhear and record conversations between Suitts and the alleged victim.
Bail for Suitts has been set in the amount of $100,000.
If convicted, Suitts faces up to 15 years in prison.

News media reports indicate that in July, 2005 Roand D. Suitts was arrested on allegations of sexually abusing a 15-year-old female student at the school.
Originally he was charged with four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse for acts investigators say took place from Jan. 1, 2001, to July 1, 2004.
In January, 2007 it is reported that Suitts, in a plea deal, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and was sentenced to two years strict probation, barred from teaching in Illinois classrooms and required to give up his teaching certificate.

The delay in getting the comment in question removed was owing to the time required to work our way the the typical e-mail load that arrives daily. Often it takes 24 - 48 hours for us to reply or act upon a comment removal requested via e-mail. The e-mail load is even worse on weekends…

I’m not retarded. I emailed the webmaster the second after I posted the honest mistake and apparently it’s the poor maintenance that is inflating the problem. I feel bad enough so lets all chill out. Shes not the only girl in the world with that name……
