Ronald Malcus James, 57, a former literature teacher at the Walton County Alternative School in Monroe, Georgia has been indicted by a grand jury on 26 counts of sexually exploiting children.

It is alleged that investigators found James computer held thousands of still and video images of children. Allegedly some of the videos showed children having sex with adults. Investigators said that some of the video files contained labels such as “10yo Willing Daughter” and “Father Joins Daughter”.
It is further alleged that James operated an Internet group in which members swapped child pornography.
James came to the attention of police by way of a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. He was arrested in February 2007 at which time investigators allegedly seized child porn, three computers, hard drives and discs from James’ home and took another computer James used at the school in Monroe.
Following his arrest James was released on $40,000 bond conditioned upon his not have a computer or having contact with children, including his own child.
