Katie….oh really? You have set statistics that shows that most of these allegations are false? Why don’t you share those with us. What’s that? They don’t exist? Yeah, that’s what I thought.

I am so tired of students, females crying the “abusive” card. Statistics show most of these allegations are false. People don’t realize how many women use these allegations for an attention or sympathy card. I personally know of 4 friends who lied and played that card during divorce hearings. Women always have the upper hand in this game. If we want to have more come forward who are telling the truth we need to possibly look at both sides of the story. It is so easy to take things out of context. I have heard kids laugh at teachers telling them to becareful or they will cry sexual harrassement. The kids know of the power they have. It is a sad world that anyone can just destroy someones life for their own pleasure. Has anyone looked into this girls past? I have come to the determination not to believe women who cry this card for my facts show they are mostly not true. To protect those who really need this help and protection we need not to over abuse this and help those who really are in need.

Remember the OJ simpson case. The law is not always right. It is who you know and how you cheat the game.

Becareful who you point fingers at, it could be you next. A small smile, a long hand shake, a pat on the back and you are the next sexual abuse case.

In response to all of the parents and teachers and students rallying to support this teacher…. hear me out. Yes he may be innocent and yet equally guilty. I will say that it is extremely difficult to prove and prosecute these types of cases without some sort of “controlled recorded phone calls” (made by the victim to the offender with the direction and recording of the conversation by the police) or some sort of physical evidence against the offender… It would be my strong belief that without something of this sort…. this man would have never been indicted on the charges (3 counts!) without that…NOW… keep in mind, that type evidence pertaining to an ongoing case would not be released to the public.. For several reason. So before everyone says ” he couldn’t have… not him… she’s a liar….” What I say to people like that is… YOU don’t know! And also…If anyone is going to offend your child…95% of the time.. It is a teacher, coach, friend’s parent, relative, neighbor etc. Often very nice outgoing people, well liked in the community and such. It would shock you to know that doctors and other people that you think you can trust your child with and would never suspect are often the ones. Don’t just take my word. Go to Millstonejustice.org it is a website for a book written by a Monroe County Sheriff Investigator, Patrick Crough. The book is called “The serpents among us” I highly recommend you check out the book/website. If you have a child… this book will teach you how these criminals work and talks about real cases in Monroe County. God bless, help keep our children safe and don’t underestimate the courage that it takes for a victim to talk to the police, and the pain it must cause to see the community so openly supporting the alleged offender….if only there was a rally for the victim. Think about it people… that’s why so many victims don’t come forward… do we as a community want to send that message to young girls… that if something like that happens to you and you come forward… people will think you’re a liar… that truly saddens me!

The unanimous show of support for this man appears overwhelming. The only question I have is what about the so-called victim? Without a victim, there wouldn’t be any charges against this unassuming art teacher.

The only thing that will help this man is if the prosecution fails to get the alleged victim to testify. This kind of peer pressure has to be intimidating to any 16 year old girl.

It is very unusual to find this many teenagers rallying behind on of their teachers. Usually, it’s the other way around; they’d gather around and burn the accused teacher in effigy.

Why would anyone go after a teacher who is as popular as this man apparently is? It could all boil down to a matter of the “victim’s” word against his in which case he will probably plead No Contest to avoid jail time.

To (Deleted by site moderator) who, in a previous post, said that pleading No Contest is the same as saying “I’m guilty,” this is a situation where an innocent man may not want to risk his life on a crap table.
