Robert Godfrey, 23, a gym teacher at Ewing High School in Ewing, New Jersey has been arrested for allegedly having a three-month sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student.
It is further alleged that Godfrey sent nude pictures of himself to the girl’s cell phone and received nude pictures from her on his cell phone.
According to a press release from the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, Godfrey is charged with two second-degree counts of sexual assault, one third-degree count of distributing obscene materials to a minor, and one fourth-degree count of child abuse.
Godfrey was suspended without pay immediately following his arrest.
Bail for Godfrey was set in the amount of $25,000 cash or bond.

According to the District Attorney’s office, a Mercer County grand jury has indicted Robert Godfrey on charges of official misconduct, child abuse, distributing obscene materials to a minor and two counts of sexual assault.
Godfrey remains free on $25,000 bond.

I really do not know why they have not updated these websites but to let people know, Mr. Godfrey and the girl that he was in a relationship with him are still together and this case is down and over with.
