Rebecca Becker and Maria Zurita Arrested
Posted by Webmaster in FE-MV, New York, Teacher's Aides, Teachers - MiscTeacher Rebecca Becker of Walden, NY and teacher’s aide Maria Zurita of New Windsor, NY, both of whom are 28, have been arrested on charges for allegedly having sexual relations with two 16-year-old male residents of a school run by McQuade Children Services in New Windsor. The school serves children referred by social services, family court and school districts.
Becker (show above left) is charged with third-degree rape, criminal sexual act in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child and after arraignment was freed on $1,000 bail.
Zurita (show above right) is charged with rape in the third degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and after arraignment was also freed on $1,000 bail.
The sexual activity between the women and the two boys is alleged to have taken place over the Memorial Day weekend at Zurita’s home.
Both women are due back in court on June 12th.
Update 06/13/07:
Both Rebecca Becker and Maria Zurita appeared in New Windsor Township Court last evening and during the hearing an assistant district attorney announced that their case will be presented to a grand jury although when that would take place was not revealed.
Both women remain free on $1,000 bail each and their next court appearance is set for September 11th.

All you people are idiots maria was NOT convicted of rape and never had sex with the student. Becker is full of crap and made all that stuff up about maria to get off and the stupid judge Derosa who is friends with beckers family let it go to bury Maria. becker addmitted to having sex and Maria fought to prove her innocents and had every piece of evidence to prove Becker was lying but Derosa denied all the evidence in court. All you people should be pissed at Derosa for the way an innocent woman was treated and the total waste of tax dollars destroying an innocent woman to get Becker off who is the real addmitted rapist!!!!!! The boy never showed up for court because he told the the judge Maria never touched him then he sent his lawer in court to protest maria’s innocents the whole thing is sickening and DeRosa is the real criminal!!!!!!!!!!!
The girl on the right looks a lot like Tom Petty. My friend Dominic thinks so.
With all the real criminals out there you have to waste everyones time and money to free your friend Becker who is a real criminal and rewrite the law books to burry Maria!!
