Raymond Chow

Raymond Chow, 28, a teacher at Galileo Academy Elementary School in Victorville, California has reportedly been arrested on allegations of having sex with a minor.

Chow is reportedly charged with unlawful sex with a minor and penetration with a foreign object.

Chow is alleged to have had sexual relations over the course of several months with the 16-year-old daughter of a co-worker at Galileo Academy.

Chow came to the attention of authorities when the girl’s parents became suspicious of the relationship and confronted Chow and subsequently called the Sheriff’s Department.

Following his arrest, Chow was reportedly being held at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga in lieu of $100,000 bail.

School District officials has reportedly placed Chow on paid administrative leave

    Wow omg i used to go there too and i finished my family came once and um they thought he was gay but hes not and um this is sad after while good people change a bit but tsk tsk Mr.Chow i wonder what his parents might think of him …………..so sad:(.maybe he did not know how old the girl was ion the Hi-dessert people look younger older shorter however maybe he didn’t know but very very bad Mr.Chow.

    I can not believe mr. chow did this i used to go to this school and mr. chow worked as an art techer and a computer tech me and my friends always thought he was weird in some ways but he was cool I never expected this to happen :( ( oh and the girls name is (Deleted by site moderator)

    Simply because Mr. Chow has an Asian surname doesn’t mean his penis is a “foreign object”.
