3/20/08 - Grand Jury Refuses Indictment
A Summit County grand jury refused last week to indict Raymond Barry III on sexual battery charges. The grand jury held that the assistant coach’s job doesn’t meet the legal definition of an authority figure and therefore sexual battery is not an appropriate charge.
Barry will face a misdemeanor charge of lying to police.
