The sad thing is, no one in this world is innocent of anything. These boys are as much to blame ! They are not innocent either. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not right but, you have to admit-our legal system is not the greatest in the world either. Lots of corruption, after all, murderers in prison live better than some american citizens !!!
Ranee, if you read this; your friends here in your home town-stand behind you. We’re always on Jackson. LOL SG
You stand behind for screwing 14 year old student… which is bad enough on its own not to mention she had a family and she taught at the school these boys attended and you want to “LOL” about it. Nine months isn’t nearly enough time in jail.
The REAL crime is what she did to her family. She’s a WIFE and MOTHER of THREE??? Some wife and mother! The only winners are the boys.
WannaMakeABet – nowhere in your incoherent response do you say anything that disproves the fact that this woman decided to accept her guilt because she was in fact guilty. Denial is a pathetic vice.
Vic, #6. You crack me up. I guess that Proper wasn’t so proper, was she?
Not passing judgement Says:
“She may have been guilty but I can tell you that these boys were not innocent either.”
Now there’s a statement you can take to the bank!! Nuff said.
Wow. . .Somebody Says said something really stupid:
“ANY lawyer will tell you that a defense trial where the prosecution is only armed with HEARSAY is a dream come true for a defense lawyer!”
Wow again. . .you don’t have much experience with litigation do you. . . BTW, that’s a statement, not question.
Exactly what do you think prosecutors try to do. . .seek justice?? LOL. . .that’s a naive utopia, but that’s not the case. . their job performance is based on “convict, convict, convict”. . .
Many times when a plea deal is offered, it’s essentially done out of their (the prosecution) hopes that the defendant will accept it and won’t take it to trial as they realize they have insufficient evidence.
Most times when a plea deal is accepted, it’s essentiall done out of the defendants fear of what the may result if found guilty, even if not, and a wish to get out of the circus parade that our courts have been turned into by both prosecutoral and defense attorneys.
You can sit in all the trials you’d like to. . . but you won’t see THIS part of it (plea deals and acceptance of) until you can witness what happens behind the scenes. The plea deals aren’t made in an open public forum. Now. . .have you ever thought about why??
