(3/19/08 – Initial BBT Report)
Quinton Mosley, 29, former band director at Brewbaker Junior High School in Montgomery, Alabama today pleaded guilty to two counts of sodomy on allegations that he had an improper relationship with a 13-year-old female student.
Few details of this case are available, except that Mosley was the band directory at Brewbaker Junior High from February 2005 until April of last year, he was arrested on the sodomy charges in July and indicted by a grand jury in October.
Mosley who is scheduled for sentencing next month faces between 2 and 20 years on each count.
He is currently free on $10,000 bond.

I agree I still and always will say he didnt do I saw this female a few times afterwards and I know personally no ones gets over things that quickly she is still doing everybody she wants and this man entire life is gone. She needs to come clean
I do not believe he did this either!!! I was apart of the band when the alleged girl was supposed to be having relatons with him!!! She to me seems like a liar!!! He is not this person these people are makin him out to be!!!! I was there since he first started!!!! Never once seeing or even hintin at him doin these alleged things to a student!! I agree with the other comments made that her mother put her up to it!!! I think she was either jealous or bitter!!!! I can’t and won’t believe these false accusations!!!! now and forever this man will always be my mentor forget whateva anyone else says i am in college now and i still feel the same way i did then!!!
I agree Mr.Mosley would never have done that and I dont understand why someone would destroy a man like this. It was her mother who put her up to this and she should never forgive herself for it.
I do not think that mr. mosely was guilty of any crimes found against him. I was also once one of his band students at the time when those accusations were made and he was the best band director in Montgomery. He would have never did anything with her or any of the other girls there. He would get onto the males even if they whistled at the females because he said it was a sign of disrepect. (Name deleted by site moderator) is a compulsive liar and she was already having sex before that but not with him. I even have reason to believe that her mother put her up to saying that because he never took her side on anything so she was upset about that. I loved Mr. Mosely he was like a father to some of us who never had a father. Mr. Mosely cared so much about us as to go and take the first hour of practice and give us a study/homework session to help us pull our grades up since some of us never went home and did our homework. He was the best band director that Brewbaker has ever had. He took us to great places like new york, and to mardi gras, and magic city. Deep down in my heart i believe no I know that he did not touch her and plenty others at Jefferson davis that were in the band at Brewbaker do not believe it either. There were plenty of times when I was in his office and he never tried anything with me. Something in my mind is just stopping me from believing that he ever layed a finger on her.
