The Sun Journal reported that the father of one girl and the mother of the other girl both testified that they did not believe that their daughters had been assaulted. They also reported that at the end of the hearing his students that were present in the courtroom congratulated him!!! I know Phillip Beeson personally and think he is a person of great character that loves to teach. Second, if we simply delete the page associated with the case it will still exist in various internet archives such as Google, possibly forever, and will still be indicating that the accused was arrested/charged but with no resolution to the allegations. By keeping the page intact and clearly reflecting the favorable outcome for the accused we reduce the odds of this happening. .
