Norman Micah McMillan, 25, the former leader of the gospel choir at McCaskey High School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania has been on allegations that he had a sexual relationship with a then 15-year-old female student.
It is alleged that McMillan had a seven month long sexual relationship with the girl two years ago when she was 15-years-old and that they had sex at McMillan’s home, at a friend’s home, in a vehicle and at the school during school hours.
McMillan has been charged with nine felonies including five counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and four counts of statutory sexual assault. He is also charged with misdemeanor counts of indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Following his arrest McMillan was being held in the Lancaster County Prison on $750,000 bail.
McMillan initially came to the attention of police in September 2006 when school officials became aware of allegations of inappropriate contact between McMillan and the student. McMillan has not worked at the school since that time. Last month the alleged victim in this case contacted police and investigators were able to move forward, leading to McMillan’s arrest.
McMillan is the third person involved in a high school’s music program in Lancaster County, PA to be charged this year with engaging in a sexual relationship with a student!
06/19/08 - Preliminary Hearing
At the conclusion of a preliminary hearing Normal McMillan was ordered to stand trial on five counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, four counts of statutory sexual assault and one count each of indecent assault and corruption of minors.

I have a brief question. Yes, I do believe that Mr. McMillan should have to answer to his crime for having sex with a underage female, but however the female knew what she was doing to. It takes two people to have intercourse, it clearly show that it was concentual, if it was not i am sure there would not have been done as many times as the MEDIA is claiming. Remember when throwing stones, make sure everyone is involved. How many other people are doing the same thing and have not been caught, but are so quick to accuse some else. If the young lady was in a relationship for 7 months What role is her parents playing in the charges?? something does not add up!!!
