(05/07/08 - Initial BBT Report)
Noelle Pannell, 31, a teacher at Carver Middle School in Monroe, Georgia has been arrested for alleged inappropriate contact with a 7th-grade male student.
Pannell is reportedly charged with sexual exploitation and child molestation, although investigators say there was no sex between Pannell and the alleged victim.
Allegedly Pannell was communicating with the boy primarily via MySpace and in some face-to-face physical contact.
Investigators say their investigation is not completed.
Pannell who was arrested on Tuesday was freed on bond Wednesday.
Reportedly bond for Pannell was set at $40,000 and she has been suspended by the school system.

No one has any idea what is going on and for people to just put this out there in front of everybody when they have no idea what has happened is just ridiculous!! No one knows this woman but her family, and when the family knows what is happenening and this kind of crap is coming out, being at school, work, or at home is difficult when you have to hear about it constantly!! I do understand the importance of this site, however, this investigation literally just started and should pannell be innocent this is just another site which has taken away her chance to live a normal life again. Are we not living in a democracy of justice? Whatever happened to innocent until proven otherwise?
