Neil Patrick Swyres

Neil Patrick Swyres, 33, a physical education and health teacher at Bayless Intermediate School in Saint Louis, Missouri has reportedly been arrested and charged in an Internet string in which it is alleged that Swyres tried to solicit sex from a fictional teenage girl.

Reportedly Swyres has been charged with two counts of sexual misconduct, two counts of using a child in sexual performance and one count of enticement of a child.

It is alleged that Swyres exposed himself on camera online last month, engaged in sex acts and tried to solicit sex from a person he thought was a 14-year-old girl.

The “girl” was in reality was a St. Charles County detective conducting an Internet sting operation.

A school spokesperson has indicated that Swyres, who has been with the school for nine years, has submitted a letter of resignation.

Swyres is reportedly free on $25,000 bond.

    Arrested for “fictional sex.” If found guilty, he won’t be sent to a fictional prison.

    I can’t believe Neal would do something like this. He always seemed like a great guy. What a shame to ruin you career for something stupid like this.
