Meagan Belnap, 20, a temporary worker at Syringa Middle School in Caldwell, Idaho has been indicted by a grand jury on four counts of sexual abuse of a child.
Belnap reportedly worked as a “tracker”, a person that takes care of special needs students by following them around to class, reading to them and otherwise assisting them around school.
It is alleged that during the last school year that Belnap inappropriately touched one child and engaged in inappropriate conduct with three others.
Belnap came to the attention of authorities when a school resource officer reportedly “heard rumors” from students regarding Belnap. An investigation was begun and the results turned over to prosecutors who in turn took the case to the grand jury.
Following her arrest and booking, Belnap was being held in the Canyon County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond.

Excuse me, 10 years probation and suspended 150 days in jail. She will also have to pay nearly $1,000 in fines and perform 100 hours of community service.
Belnap will not have to register as a sex offender, thanks god.

Poor girl, well the facts, according to Canyon County Prosecutor John Bujak:
“Basically what she did was put an ice cream cone on her lap and have the students come up and lick it. So we’re not talking about inappropriate fondling under the clothes or actual intercourse,” Bujak said. “It’s this ice cream cone activity, and then she was playing a game called ‘butt tag’ where she was running around slapping students on their rear ends.”
She received a suspended 10-year sentence with three years fixed, each count, run concurrently.

She’s a cutie. I bet her accusers were just fantasizing. Poor girl.
The article doesn’t say anything about a confession, or any other proof, just rumors. This is other case that will get dismissed.
