This is a perfect example of a flawed system. Connecticut’s legal definition of sex offender is too broad, and this person should have not been subject to such rigorous stipulations of probation. He was not even aloud to see his own kin who were under the age of 18. He was forced to move into a Hartford shelter due to ridiculous living requirements set forth by probation. Judge Mullarkey did a grave injustice by sending this man to prison and for all intensive purposes ruining his life.

I sincerely hope he gets jail time as a result of his probation violation. The sick part is that he honestly believes he did nothing wrong. Even more disturbing is that he has sympathizers out there (granted, they are mostly his friends and family, but still disturbing). If it had been my daughter, the situation wouldn’t have made it as far as the courts.
