(01/14/09 – Initial BadBadTeacher.com Report)
Luis Enrique De los Santos, 36, a teacher for the Dallas Independent School District who was serving as a tutor for students who can not attend school for various reasons has been arrested on sexual assault allegations.

It is alleged that Delossanto used threats to solicit sex from two males, ages 15 and 16-years-old, who are inmates in the Dallas County jail, awaiting trial for murder and aggravated assault.
Delossanto came to the attention of authorities by way of a complaint by Attorney Bill Wirskye who is apparently legal counsel for the two boys.
Wirskye has reportedly stated that the two boys told him that the alleged sexual abuse of the boys happened on the second floor of the jail, where single cells house high-profile inmates and juveniles charged as adults and that Delossantos lured them into a restroom while on tutoring visits.
Wirskye has indicated that they boys complied only because Delossanto threatened to “mess up” their cases.
Reportedly Delossanto, who is free on $100,000 bond, has been placed on administrative leave by the school system.

The attorney for de los Santos, said his client “totally denies that he did anything inappropriate to any student” and suggested the alleged victims are “trying to use this situation to get released from incarceration.”

Teen pleads guilty to murder in 2007 Oak Cliff Shooting according to his defense attorney Bill Wirskye on March 11. He received the lesser charge in exchange for 25 years. I hope De Los Santos’ attorney adds 100 years for slander and wrongful imprisionment to the teens and Bill Wirskye.
What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? You have already condemned him over some lies and filth manufactured by a group of thugs. Is it because the thugs are minors? It makes no difference. They are still human garbage.
I worked with Luis for one year and I believe him to be totally innocent of these charges. He remains in jail basted on the lies of these criminals. This slander is worse then the murder and assult on a police officer, because of web sites like this one the slander spreads. Luis worked with these youth because no one else would. Would you?
