Lincoln Shane Bentley, 32, a teacher and assistant football coach at East Ridge High School in Lick Creek, Kentucky has been arrested and charged on allegations that he solicited an underage student to show him her breasts in exchange for a better grade.
It is alleged that the incident took place last month.
Bentley has been charged with two counts of official misconduct, a Class A misdemeanor.
Bentley who has been suspended with pay by the school system entered a not guilty plea at a court appearance on Wednesday.
If convicted Bentley faces up to a year in jail and a $500 fine.
His next court appearance is set for June 16th.
01/22/09 – Not Guilty Verdict
A Pike County jury has found Lincoln Bentley not guilty on charges of official misconduct.
Reportedly it took less than an hour for a jury to find Bentley innocent.

Lincoln, you should now sue the school district, sue the little (*****) that accused you (and her family) for ruining your reputation, sue the police department and sue the District Attorney’s office. Congratulations on beating the odds. No go get what’s owed to you. Good luck.

I hope Lincoln sues the school, the police dept. and the student. This is truly BS, it took the jury less than an hour, in other words her word vs his word and that isn’t good enough to ruin this person’s life.
