Leonard Templeton Lawley Jr.
Posted by: Webmaster in Coaches, Georgia, High Schools, Teachers - MiscLeonard Templeton Lawley Jr., 38, a teacher at Sprayberry High School in Cobb County, Georgia has been arrested for molesting a young female relative.
Police are also interviewing students and parents investigating allegations that he took students to his home to have sex with them.
Lawley was arrested on Monday on charges of child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes after his wife, who believe he was molesting the child, contacted Woodstock, Georgia police.
Following his arrest Lawley was released on $27,700 bond.

My two children graduated from Sprayberry. I have no doubt he is guilty. Lawley was my son’s football coach and my son reports that he was always hanging around with the girls at school. In fact many of the boys used to say to each other all the time that he was going to get in trouble one day for how much time he spent with the girls and how flirty he was with them. My son is not at all surprised that he was arrested on these charges.

It seems so strange that the friendly, math teacher i had freshman year is being revealed as a closet pedophile. He seemed like a teacher who cared.I had recently told about my abuse, so i just hope its not true, otherwise i really misjugded Mr.Lawley.
