Kristopher Charles Maw, aka Charles Maw, a former teacher’s aide at Ocean View High School and Huntington Beach High School in Huntington Beach, California has pleaded guilty and been sentenced for having sex with a 14-year-old female student.

Following his guilty plea to charges of oral copulation and sexual penetration by a foreign object, both with a person under the age of 16 years old, Maw was sentenced to 180 days in jail and five years probation.

Maw came to the attention of Huntington Beach Police when the student said that she has sex several times with Maw. Maw was arrested in May 2007 on charges of oral copulation, digital penetration and unlawful sex with a minor.
