(04/05/09 – Initial BadBadTeacher.com Report)
Kristina Anna Baeta, aka Anna Kristina Baeta, 38, a special education teacher at Cesar Chavez Middle School in Union City, California has been arrested and charged on allegations of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old male student.

A press release by police has reportedly stated that Baeta was charged with several counts of lewd acts with a child.
According to a statement from officials, relatives of the boy contacted the school district after learning of a possible relationship between the student and teacher. The school district then contacted the police department which began an investigation.
Reportedly the alleged victim is not a special education student.
Baeta has reportedly been placed on administrative leave by the school system.
Police said there is no evidence to indicate there are other victims, but anyone with information is asked to call Detective Michael Ward at (510) 471-1365 or call the tip line at (510) 675-5207.
Webmaster’s note: Various news media reports have indicated the name of the accused as both Kristina Anna Baeta and as Anna Kristina Baeta. The school web site lists Baeta’s e-mail address as kbaeta@ implying that her first name is Kristina and that is how we are listing the case, subject to change if we determine otherwise.
04/07/09 – Case Update
According to The Argus, Baeta is charged with three felony counts of oral copulation of a person under 14 and one felony count of contacting a minor with the intent of committing a sex crime.
The Argus also reports that Baeta’s teacher’s credential is under the name of Kristina Anna Baeta. The report however indicates that her name is Anna Kristina Baeta.
Baeta is scheduled to be back in court on April 16th.

so what is going on did you frind something we want to know
mrs.Baeta was my teacher this year she was a nice teacher. i don’t think mrs.Baeta whould do this but we don’t know yet she was so cool and nice. i feel bad for her kids and Mrs.Baeta
“Anonymous4u”, I have a few problems with your argument.
I laughed out loud at your comment about how “it is so easy to hack an email”. Really, now? Are you proposing that a thirteen year old boy went through all of the trouble to hack Mrs. Baeta’s email account, compose fake emails, and lie about something extremely serious all because he had some sort of vendetta against her? Yeah, not likely. This theory would be more likely if the boy were one of her regular students. But as the article clearly states, “the alleged victim is not a special education student”. Why in the world would this boy make up such an elaborate lie, especially about a teacher whose class he isn’t in?
Also, you’re claiming that “every child” in the school needed to be interviewed and that the boy needed to “pass a lie detector test” before this got published in the news? Well, here’s a newsflash for you sweetheart, this is a serious accusation and offense. Let’s propose that Mrs. Baeta was not guilty and that it was all made up by the boy. I’m pretty sure that while Mrs. Baeta’s reputation would never be as squeaky clean as it once was, the boy would have to make some sort of public apology for lying and her name would be cleared.
And then let’s say she is guilty, (which by the way, she admitted to everything; so I don’t even know why you’re posting comments of conspiracy-theory nature), the community needs to know that this is going on. Crossing the boundaries of a Student/Teacher relationship is absolutely unacceptable, no exceptions. If I were the parent of a student in her class, I would want to know that this was going on. The entire community has a right to know. She was arrested on a Tuesday but this story wasn’t published in the Argus until Saturday. I’m pretty sure that in the time between Tuesday and Saturday, the police were gathering up enough evidence to actually charge her. That sounds like enough evidence (and time to find evidence) to me!
While I agree with you on your argument about not casting stones until you are sin free, I don’t agree with you telling everyone on here to “keep their trap(s) shut”. Everyone has the right to voice their opinion on the matter. And also, if you want people to take you seriously, the first step would be to fix your deplorable grammar and complete lack of punctuation.
ok all … before you all go condeming this teacher how about the student and their family????????? and this school’s admin??????
just a few short years ago at this same school, a male teacher was accused of wrong doings with a female who is now a jr in high school, almost all kids knew the student was chasing the male teacher the admin did nothing about it until the student cried rape. this female student was and is still chasing after men over the age of 18 and has been since 8th grade.
so would some one please tell me why the parents are not given grief for lack of being involved in their childs life???????????????? as a parent you should be monitoring all and i mean ALL of your childrens internet, cellphone, texting and friends interactions.
maybe if the parents were parents and paid attention to their children and not just pond them off to school we would not be having so many of these teacher/student issuses. and if the same thing has happened in the same school 2 times in less then 4 year i think all of these administrators should be charge too for neglect towards the students for failing to PAY ATTENTION.
common sense……if you can lay down and have sex then you need to stand up and clean up the mess. otherwise keep your legs closed if you wont put your child first.
as for the teachers…… let be real period point blank once your accused of wrong doings your career is ruined, do you always listen to the teenagers???? it is so easy to hack an email, screen-name. students often get mad at a techer when they dont get their way, and then the students play ” cry wolf”. they act out…..before these things are put in a paper and before its is proved beyond reasonable doubt the student is telling the truth and passes lie dector test stuff like this need to be private not in the news until every child in that school is interviewed and i mean every child.
and i for a fact can tell you the princible at ccms is full of crap and does not pay attention and lacks the sense of urgency when a child comes to him with a problem or even when the parent comes to him.
unless your a parent who child is numero uno 24/7 no matter what keep your trap shut. you are not there and your not on the jury yet. so hold on to your stones until you are sin free then by all means start casting away……..
We live in such a fallen, sick, perverted, depraved, hard to comprehend world, and yet there is hope and love and faith and joy here too! If we say NO to drugs, sexual sin, alcohol, lying, cheating, stealing, gossip, and other WRONGS, then we bring joy, peace, hope, friendship, etc into our lives. Many of us struggle and suffer consequences because we give in to temptation. Put on the “full armor of God” so that you can withstand the ploys of Satan. He wants us all to stumble, especially Christians so he can blaspheme Christ, and bring people and families down. He is the father of lies, and a destroyer of all that is good. Read Ephesians chapter 6, and in fact, memorize it, because God’s word is a tool to fight the devil. Yes, Mrs. Baeta did quite wrongfully, chose to give into her perverted lusts, and yes, humiliated her husband and children, church and profession. Yes, she needs to suffer the consequences of her very thoughtless actions. But be careful of judging her on your own. The judge will take care of that. Instead pray for healing for all involved. Let us all examine ourselves to see where we fall short of righteousness in our own lives, actions and thoughts and purify ourselves, confessing our sins to one another and to God. May God heal the young teen and Mrs. Baeta, her husband and children, because lives are better mended than broken.
Well, that was a big pile of Nonsense, Laura. Let’s talk instead about the sick perverted pedophile lusts that Kristina Anna Baeta has wilfully and repeatedly indulged in to humiliate her husband, her children and her profession. Perhaps if she were horsewhipped in public for 40 days she might come to see the errors of her ways. I cast her into the outer darkeness where there is only wailing and the gnashing of teeth. But lovingly, as jesus would.
:):)
Let him who is without sin cast the first stone. For all fall short of the glory of God. Any of us can fall into a wide variety of sins on any given day. Temptation is all around us. What stumbles one person may seem as something that would not ever tempt us, and yet we all have our own weaknesses, cravings, challenges, lures, etc. We need to carefully watch ourselves as the devil is a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. Guard yourselves with prayer, scripture, going to church, fellowship with other followers of Christ, confessing your sin, reading the Bible often, and keeping oneself accountable. We are all as filthy rags to Christ and yet He loves and forgives us, cleanses us, and longs for a relationship with us. He paid the price for our sins when He died on the cross, and He loves us with a redeeming love. Let us love another deeply, and earnestly, knowing that it is only by the grace of God that we live each day.
Funny how you all judge. Everything is heresay- there is NO EVEIDENCE that she did anything but yet you all judge. I think that if this woman is really innocent you all will feel really stupid. If she is PROVEN guilty that is another story. There is this little thing I mentioned in the beginning – EVIDENCE. If all they have is some little twirp saying – yeah she touched me and that is it then WOW lets give her the Chair. Grow up people. Please don’t respond with stupid and moronic replies if you have NO evidence to back up your spew of another persons life. There have been many people put into prison that were FALSELY accused. Remember that. I think in this country it is innocent until PROVEN guilty. nuff said.
She worked at my school when i was in elementry and a little bit of middle school! i think this lady was hella mean personally, I never had her as a teacher yet she was always giving me problems. But i guess! She still didnt seem like she would be into little kids, she dressed like she was mormon. I wouldnt have ever expected it
“Eugene”: (Deleted by site moderator) To point out all the flaws of your weak argument would be a waste of time, but, for starters, your comments are indicative of the very “idiotic dogma” you profess to disagree with. I share your sentiment about helping people (with Christian compassion), but your comments reveal only a cursory understanding of factual data. Try getting your facts straight next time instead of resorting to overgeneralization.

This is yet another case of how a repressive religion can affect a person’s judgment and sanity.
Ms. Baeta has been programmed by a Pentecostal church which teaches that sex is sinful and places ridiculous limits on people’s lifestyles.
Fundamental Christian churches produce more sex addicts and offenders through their idiotic dogma. Having treated several addicts and perpetrators, one of the most common characteristics shared by them is stringent religious upbringings that preach sex as a sin.
These people need help and true Christian compassion.
“Judge not, lest ye be judged.”
Isn’t that what true Christians believe?
Or is it more fun to be self-righteous?
Well, the name says it all, doesn’t it?
I hope she stays in jail a long time, until she is at least 50 and not likely to be of any interest to any 13 year old in the future.
