Kirsten Ann Kinley, a Howard County, MD high school teacher arrested last February and indicted on third-degree sex offense charges and also charged with the sexual solicitation of a 15-year-old boy is now facing additional sex charges involving a 14-year-old boy.

A Howard County grand jury indicted her Wednesday with three new counts of third-degree sex offenses.
The alleged incidents occurred in the fall of 2004 when she was teaching at Hammond Middle School.
Kinley is one of three Howard County, MD teacher currently facing charges for the sexual abuse of children. Earlier today we published a post on Alan Meade Beier, another accused teacher in Howard County.
In court documents released yesterday, the boy told police that he had contacted Kinley after hearing from a friend that she was having sex with male students.
Kinley was arrested in February on similar charges involving a 15-year-old boy. In each case, the alleged incidents took place more than two years ago, and did not involve students at Kinley’s school. She was teaching at Hammond Middle School in Laurel at the time.
With her February arrest, Kinley became the third Howard County high school teacher to be charged with having inappropriate sexual contact with a minor this year.
“Kirsten is no longer employed by the school system as of [Wednesday],” spokeswoman Patti Caplan said yesterday. “The board took action … based on the superintendent’s recommendation.”

They sure tried to pull a fast one. But all she has to do is serve 18 months. I bet all the men that are in her position would trade those 18 months for the 18 yrs that some of them got. She needs to stop whinning and serve her sentence.
