Kevin B. Johnson, an assistant instructor in the Junior ROTC program at Seneca Valley Senior High School in Harmony, Pennsylvania has been charged with sexually abusing two boys enrolled in the program.

Johnson faces a total of 58 counts ranging from involuntary deviate sexual intercourse to intimidation of a witness with bail set at $50,000. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between August 2004 and January 2008.

Johnson came to the attention of authorities in January when the mother of one of the boys told school officials that her son had been assaulted.

Johnson, a retired command sergeant major who served 23 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, has been suspended without pay from the school system since the mother’s complaint.

3/26/08 - Kevin Johnson Ordered To Trial

Kevin Johnson has been ordered to stand trial on charges he sexually abused two students.

Johnson, charged with 58 counts including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and sexual assault, remains free on $50,000 bond. No trial date has been set as of yet.
