Kevin Holladay, 42, a drama teacher at Bardstown High School in Bardstown, Kentucky has been arrested on charges of sexual abuse and unlawful transaction with a 15-year-old female student.
His wife Marta Holladay, 34, also a teacher at the school is charged with assaulting the same female student on school property.
Kevin Holladay is alleged to have kissed the teenage girl inappropriately, including on the bare breast, as well as trying to rip the girl’s clothes off. Kevin Holladay is charged with felony unlawful transaction with a minor and misdemeanor sexual abuse. Reportedly Kevin Holladay was being held in jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
Marta Holladay is alleged to have grabbed the student by the hair, screamed obscenities at her and then pushed her. Marta Holladay faces misdemeanor assault charges and has bonded out of jail.
Reportedly the investigation into Kevin Holladay’s actions against the student started late last year and continued until this week at which time the case progressed to the point that both Holladays were arrested.
Reportedly Marta Holladay has been a full time employee of the school for five years and Kevin Holladay has been a part-time employee for three years. Both resigned from the school last month, effective at the end of the current school year. Both are now prohibited from coming on school property.

I think that Ms. Holladay’s photo needs to be taken off of this site because this is not what this is about. She was obviously shocked at what was taking place and she needed to handle this situation with her husband and the student would not leave. It sounds like the young student who was dealing with Mr. Holladay knew very well what she was doing, not to take anything away from the charges that have been put on Mr. Holladay, but she sounded pretty willing to continue on this charade. Ms. Holladay deserves better than being on some site that puts her in the same boat as some pervy drama teacher.

One would think that the family would like to move on with their life. Here is their idea of moving on…the mother has filed a civil lawsuit against Mr. Holladay and Marta, the principal, superintendent, and board of education. She apparently believes that monetary compensation is the only way to heal all of her pain and suffering. Grow up mom, dad, and so called victim. Think about how and why this situation was created. Mr. Holladay will pay his dues to society. The family will profit from the situation. Some advice…use the money for family counseling it is obvious the 3 of you need it.

To anyone who wants to know nothing happened in wisconsin and he is being charged with pure hear say right now. read the statement that is on file from his accuser and you will see it mimmics the parents version also it changes three different times like a balloon the story grows bigger. so get informed you dont have to be a law student like me to find out the facts. u of l law rocks

this is to a student you have a serious delima in life if you hate. obviosly you dont have god in your life practice forgivness not hate. you are right she is at fault but will never feel the punishment.

I was Mr. Holloday’s Drama students. I am in 8 th grade. When it happened, I was in 7th grade. The thing is, Mr. Holloday and the girl hung all over eachother during our classes.
They would hold hands with eachother. It was just as much her fault as it was his. She is trying to make it seem that she was taken advantage of. SHE was the one that did this.
I hate Mr. Holladay for this. The drama students were always alone with him in the room. It is scary. I can’t trust male teachers.
