I had Kevin Goddu for a teacher some years ago. I always disliked him - as a teacher and as a person. However, I am not one to assume his guilt just because someone has accused him of something. The man should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Also, I think it is a bit naive of people to assume that a 16 year old girl would NEVER wrongfully accuse someone of rape. Even if he is acquitted, his life is ruined. He’ll never be able to teach again and it is more than likely that he’ll never hold down any job that pays halfway decent. If I were him, I would almost rather be in jail. At least he wouldn’t have to worry about rent/bills.

The comment on Dec 4th angers me. Any wife that CHEATS on their husband is not a dedicated wife. It seem who ever you are you have convicted Mr. Goddu already. Seams to me you are bias in your statement.
