Kenneth Wayne Spiller

Kenneth Wayne Spiller, 37, of Oxford, North Carolina and a former government teacher at Park View High School in South Hill, Virginia has been charged with sex crimes against a child in Mecklenburg County Circuit Court on Thursday.

Reportedly Spiller was charged with two counts of non-forcible sodomy and two counts of indecent liberties with a child under the age of 18, by a parent or person of authority with lascivious intent.

Spiller was being held in the Mecklenburg County Jail in lieu of $10,000 secured bond.

If he makes bond Spiller was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.

Reportedly Spiller has resigned from the school system.
