Kenneth Langshultz, 59, a former substitute teacher at Woodland High School in Beacon Falls, Connecticut has been charged with having inappropriate sexual contact with a 15-year-old female student.

Langshultz has reportedly been charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Reportedly Langshultz is free on $10,000 bond with an arraignment hearing set for October 20th.
