Kenneth T. Alaimo, a history teacher and boy’s head soccer coach at Gainesville High School in Gainesville, Florida has been arrested on allegations of engaging in a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student.
Alaimo is charged with four counts of unlawful sexual acts with a minor.
It is alleged that Alaimo and the girl met at Alaimo’s home on different occasions between April and September and engaged in sexual contact. It is further alleged that the girl kept a journal listing dates when she had sexual contact with Alaimo.
Alaimo came to the attention of authorities after a parent learned about the alleged relationship and contacted authorities.
It is alleged by police that Alaimo told investigators that he had sexual contact with the girl about 10 to 12 times since June and always in his apartment.
Reportedly Alaimo has been placed on administrative leave with pay by the school system.

for the most part i do not think that it is right for mr. alaimo to get into trouble for having sex with that girl. she was 17 which means she was fully aware of what she was doing. he did not rape her and he was a good person without any past records so i really do not see the problem. the girl knew what she was doing and he did too. they shpuld just give it up its really not that serious she was almost grown be for real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

O i don’t Know him? except that he was my soccer coach for 2 years… And yeah he might have been nice and yes everyone liked him but all alaimo had to do was wait till she was of-age and he would be sitting at his house right now instead of in a jail cell. I ALWAYS thought he was smart enough not to do that but i guess not. Personal decision thats it.

Omg…Are Yall Serious!?!?!? He Was A Good Guy! A Good Teacher! I Would Know! He NEVER Did Anything To Harm ANYONE! Obviously It Was A Mutual Decision Between Them Too. Yall Have No Right To Sit Here And Judge Him When Yall Dont Even Know Him. Yall Are Going Off By What The News & These Stupid Websites. He Was Always Nice. He Was Everyones Favorite Teacher & Pretty Much Friends With Everyones Family. He Has No Record Of Prior Crimes. So Why Does It Really Matter…? People Cant Help Who They Fall For.

All’s he has to do was wait till she was 18 then this wouldn’t even matter. He’s not very smart considering that they both attend the same school and are both in the soccer community. He had to know that she was 17 and thats unlawful.

He’s not a bad man, and while I know it’s inevitable, it bothers me to see stupid things like this published. He hasn’t hurt anybody, despite what some may say, she would be no more capable of making this decision in less than a year than she would be now. That said, it was stupid. He had to know better, and he had to know the consequences when he chose to act. But still, looking at this website, it’s people like you that drive some of these poor decisions makers to suicide. I pray that he doesn’t do that, but I don’t really see the point of this site. I guess it’s entertainment, that’s pretty pathetic to me.
The purpose of this site is explained in the “About” page available from any other page on the site by simply clicking on the word “About” in the header. The fact that you “guess” this site’s purpose is entertainment says a lot more about you than it says about the badbadteacher.com website. - webmaster
