Keith R. Lehocky, 42, of Monticello, Indiana, a teacher at North Judson-San Pierre Liberty Elementary School has been charged with child molestation.
Lehocky was arrested last month on allegations of “fondling or touching” an 11-year-old girl during an over-night party at the home of Lehocky’s sister-in-law in Fishers, Indiana on February 25th of this year.
According to police, the alleged victim along with several other kids were on a bed watching a movie and Keith Lehocky kept coming in and rubbing this girl’s shoulders and telling her she needed to go to sleep. The girl feigned being alseep and at that point it is alleged that Lehocky pulled down the spaghetti strap to her top, exposing her breast, laid down on the bed and began rubbing her chest and the front of her body.
Allegedly Lehocky’s daughter, who was also in the room, told her father to get off of the girl.
Following his arrest Lehocky was released on $10,000 bond and faces up to eight years in prison if convicted.
08/03/08 - Charges Dismissed
Charges against Keith R. Lehocky were dismissed on July 17th when prosecutors files a motion seeing a continuance in the case.
The attorney for the defendant object and the judge dismissed all charges.
Reportedly the state’s attorney maintains a right to refile charges against Lehocky.

Mr. Lehocky is now teaching special education students at North Judson Middle School. Of all populations, why special ed?

Sarah, He is innocent unless found guilty. So Sarah, after you pull your kids out of school, are you going to home school them? I’m sure you’re an excellent educator and the kids will love learning in a non-academic enviornment from their mom. Are you going to hold a home school dance in your garage for your kids. Get real and get over it.

Charges were dismissed against Keith Lehocky this week. Why was this site so quick to post last summer when accusations were made, but haven’t put up the additional information now? Is it pretty easy to ACCUSE someone? Hmmm,let’s think about it.

Neither our own search operation, nor that of Google or Yahoo have indexed any new reports on Keith R. Lehocky. As soon as we find or receive a link to news coverage of the case we will update our coverage. I am confused to why my past post was never posted. In America you are innocent until proven guilty yet posts that defend Keith go un posted or are “extensively edited”. This is a case where someone has lied to injure Keith and his family. Keith did not do this and I am deeply disturbed that sites like this can run with any story furthering the damage done to the victim who is Keith and his family. This Mother of this little girl has some serious issues here and why is it that she can go in and make up a story that is an allegation, not proven, nor as time will tell will ever be proven (because it is a lie) yet it can be spread all over the internet??? Keith’s story as told by people who know him can’t????? This mother’s story has changed 360 degrees in order to get an arrest. I have been told by editors that this is public record, they can do what they want. Well go look at the public record of the first report where the officer said there was no case??? THEN the story got even more outrageous…second times the charm I guess.
Is this site going to publicly apologize to Keith and his family when Keith is found innocent??? Post a page with this on it for the entire duration that you published this false allegation?????
If people’s posts can be allowed to be published that states unproven assumptions like “Keith is a sicko” and “what was he going to do go through all the girls ..his poor daughter.”
Yet others cannot be published in defense then I will seek legal advice to why my post/s will not be published because if you discriminate against one person’s opinion on this you should be held liable.
So here is my assumption that is no less harsh then the woman that you posted! The person who is the sicko is the mother who made up this story and is now coaching her daughter! Think for one moment if this was your husband, son, father, family member and someone made this false allegation about you how it would effect you!!! There are sick people in the world and it is NOT Keith. Keith is the nicest, most kind and generous person I have known my entire life. But apparently that does not make for good press and those comments cannot be posted!

If you have offered a comment here previously and it was not posted one of two things took place. “This guy is a sicko.” Yeah, right. With a ROOM full of kids, including and ESPECIALLY his daughter, he’s going to do something like that? Use some common sense. One can only hope the girl making these claims will be sued for SLANDER in a civil suit. This entire story makes no sense at all.

im so disgusted by this.
this guy is a sicko…and to think he was a teacher.that sends chills down my spine.
the part about this that really makes me angry is that his bail was only $10,000.
thats rediculous!!!!
and a person that gets caught with a quarter ounce of marijuana has to pay $100,000.and do 4 months in jail..whats this creep going to get a week.
im sorry but the law is so ass backwards here this guy should be locked up and the key thrown away….what was he going to do go through all the girls ..his poor daughter.
