It is about time. I know Joe when he was a coach at Juanita and a coach for Eastside baseball club. He asked my daughter to baby sit when she was 14 and when she got there his kids where not there. He tried to come on to my daugther. I will not go through what he did but I went to Juanita and eastside baseball club and Lake Washington School district office. To the credit of the football coach and the coaches of eastside baseball club they got rid of Joe. The district took my statement but because I did not want to put my daughter through a messy trial the district would not put it on his official record. I wish now I would have gone after him , maybe it would have stopped him. But I dought it.
Good to know thorough background checks are incorporated into the hiring practices of administrators for our nation’s teachers.
Way to drop the ball Eastside Catholic!
