I just conducted an extensive internet search for any information on Mr. Townsend and while I find numerous links to his arrest and charges there was zero links indicating he is no longer charged or was "not found guilty" which I assume means "found not guilty". If you have a link to ANYTHING that indicates Mr. Townsend is no longer facing the charges please post it here or e-mail it to webmaster@badbadteacher.com and we will be happy to update our coverage.
