John Byron Shulick, 53, a teacher at Bull Run Middle School, in Gainesville, Virginia has been charged with producing child pornography after authorities say they discovered he was having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl.
Shulick was arrested today and charged in U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Virginia on allegations that investigators discovered videos on Shulick’s computer in which he and the teenage girl engaged in sex acts along with other images of child pornography.
Shulick came to the attention of authorities when the boy friend of the girl’s mother saw the girl getting out of a truck driven by an older man.
Allegedly Shulick and the girl met on the internet and the girl has admitted to her parents that she was having sex with Shulick.
05/29/08 – Guilty Plea
John Byron Schulick has pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges.
Court documents reveal that Shulick admitted taking pornographic pictures and videos of an underage girl.
Sentencing for Shulick is set for August 22nd and he faces federal prison sentence ranging from 15 to 30 years.

OMGSH so I’m in 9th grade but I kind of had Mr. Shulick last year. I got pulled out of my original class because of a bad teacher so me and another girl sat in his room, and he didn’t even had a class that period! It was just the 3 of us. He didn’t try anything, but that was the first thing I though of when I found out. It’s just sickening. Makes me want to puke…
wow knowing this guy people like him would do n e thing for n e thing. the weird thing is that he loved to be polite to little kids . so if he ever triedto come up to you runaway!!!!! he wants to touch you! and for the girl that he hadsex with is jst eww if he wasnt such a weirdo maybe he could get a girl his age!!!!!! dont forget the soap is drop free in prison!!!!!!

The news is saying that he had actually sex videos of children as young as 4 years old. I hope he’s never let out of prison. Kids always think pedophiles are the “nicest people” because they groom children. This is sick.
