John Bacho, 32, a former social studies teacher at Strongsville High School in Strongsville, Ohio has been indicted by a grand jury on five counts of sexual battery and one count of possession of a criminal tool - Bacho’s truck.
The grand jury charges that Bacho engaged in a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student, having sex with the girl on three occasions including once in Bacho’s truck and twice at his home in Strongsville.
The indictment of Bacho is the result of a nearly five-month investigation that police said was complicated by the school administrators’ delay in reporting allegations first made by a friend of Bacho’s accuser.
An investigation conducted by the school convinced school officials that no criminal activity occurred between Bacho and the girl.
Bacho resigned from the school.
05/12/08 - Arraignment
John Bacho has been arraigned on five counts of sexual battery in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
He entered a not guilty plea to all charges and is free on a $10,000 bond.

mr bacho is a wonderful teacher and would never do anything like this. The accuser should be ashamed of herself, she is ruining an innocent man’s life. karma

The only way this can be untrue is if the girl that had sex with the teacher was lying. She’s the one that confessed the whole thing. Its not like the cops pulled this story out of their (Deleted by site admin) you know. They hounded her, she cracked, and then they took action. It’s amazing how people can make things up when they don’t know the story. It wouldn’t be surprising if this man had past relationships with his students, and you three are defending him because you where the students.

MR.BACHO IS AWESOME.
And as I heard the girl who “had sex” with him is his kids babysitter and she said NOTHING HAPPENED. This was made up by an awful girl who didn’t like her.

I have to doubt the accusations,
the school investigated and found nothing to charge him with; not to mention he willingly resigned his position.
He is only being prosecuted still because people want to make up for the mistake they made before with Christine Scarlett. (sub. who had a baby with a student.)
They’re making an example out of a phenomenal teacher and could end up ruining his career
