Jessica Heather Defoor, 34, a second-grade teacher at Danville-Neel Elementary School in Danville, Alabama has been arrested on suspicion of second-degree sexual abuse.
Defoor was arrested on allegations of having inappropriate contact with a female student in February 2006.
Reportedly the alleged inappropriate contact was not reported by the student and her mother until late in 2007.
Following her arrest, Defoor was released on $500 bond and reportedly has been placed on paid administrative leave by the school system.
08/03/09 – Grand Jury Indictment
Jessica Heather Defoor has been arrested a second time. The latest arrest is the result of a Morgan County grand jury indicting her last month on two counts.
One count of the indictment reportedly alleges that Defoor enticed a child under age 16 with lascivious intent to propose an act of sexual intercourse, sodomy or other sexual acts.
The second count alleges that Defoor committed second-degree sexual abuse by subjecting a child aged less than 16 years old and older than 12 to sexual contact.
Defoor reportedly faces a maximum penalty of one to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Lt. Zachary W. Mullins, now 22 years old and also indicted is, aparently, the “undisclosed man involved” in the case. The indictment, according to the affidavit, fit the story from Lame, and also states that she allowed a 19 years old man (3 year older than the victim, as required by Alabama laws) to have intercourse with the drunken victim, 15 years old at the time. The incident taked place in a party with alcohol and minors in Defoor home. Mullins faces a maximum penalty of 2 to 20 years.

If you know all about it, do you know if it’s true that there was a man involved? if so, why wasn’t he also charged? I’m wondering if this was a case of a lesbian ehebophiliac preditor or if it was a man and a woman looking for a three-way with a teen girl–like in the case of the Northcutts?
Did this lady have parties with students often? If she did why did the school not get involved before something like this happened?
know this situation and know this person and just about for sure this really happened, my child was not there but had been invited to the parties at her house. We heard all about what went on there way before she got caught. Sad turn of events, but saw it coming
One of the news stories says that she gave the girl alcohol and then exposed her breasts, then touched the girl’s breasts through her shirt/bra. It said there was an undisclosed man involved as well.
Where are the details? $500 bond? Kinda of cheap?
