Jeremy McCoy, 30, a former teacher and soccer coach at Springtown High School in Springtown, Texas has been charged with sexual assault of a child and improper relation between educator and student.
The alleged victim is a female student at Springtown High School.
Following his arrest and booking, McCoy was reportedly released on $40,000 bond.
Police and school spokespersons say that McCoy has resigned from the school system.

The female in question told her classmates for several months prior to the incident that she was out to get him. It was common knowledge in the locker room. Too bad he didn’t know it til it was too late. Yes, he used bad judgement, but he is not totally to blame. It’s not the first time she’s done this and I’m sure it won’t be the last. She just kept doing her little tricks til mommy and daddy found out and THEN she said she was forced. Right….. Wonder where they were when she was out all of the other times, lying about where she was, drinking til she couldn’t stand up, doing what she apparently does best. Do they know the reputation she has? Everyone else does, including police that were called when she pulled an earlier stunt and lied about where she was. And how old was THAT guy they found her with??? This is not the first time this has happened in this town. A female teacher is now teaching in another town, under a different name. What’s up with that? Wonder what the parents of HER students would say if they knew???
