    Prove it!! Says:

Alls I have to say is prove it. You have to meet this chick, and no I am not blaming the girl for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It is always wrong, but 2 years after the fact (or what she says) and check this chicks and families creditability (money can’t buy you everything). Again prove it.

She wouldn’t be ruining her family if she had come forward when this allegedly happened. She might have ruined his, but not her’s. I would have to question, what type of parents she had or what she was thinking inviting him to her birthday party. I’m by no means saying she’s at fault for the alleged fondling. And, he’s the adult. If he did go and it did happen, shame on him. He knew better. But, come on. For him to even be invited is just wrong.

I think that there is more to this story than anyone knows. Rumors should be left unsaid and let the family deal with this on their own. There is many things that alot of people may not know. I also dont blame the girl she would’nt want to ruin her family over something like this, its not that type of money. So to you who say its for money and the family to get the daughter to Florida, i think you are completely out of line.

What kind of girl whats two years after the assualt has happend to press charges. If it really happend why didn’t she come forward two years ago. What she was never around him at family functions in the two years that it would have came out then. Hopefully the jury sees what her family is doing.

This looks like guilty until proven innocent. Where’s the proof of a crime other than the word of a 16 year old two years after the fact? So now that she’s 18 is she looking for easy money? I hope the DA eats this one - it shouldn’t go to trial.

Wait a minute this happened when? 2006? What proof is there? It is her word over his word, makes for a bad case for the DA. Is there a confession? I would demand a jury trial too. A big question is why did she wait so long? I have doubts about this case it is weak.
