There are so many situations where the accuser can be somewhat at fault just like the accused. Who is to say if he is proven guilty it was all his fault? The law always has the adult get the punishment, and in most cases its deserving. But for every 10 of these cases there is always 1 where no matter what the accused is punished and truly they either did nothing wrong or there were circumstances that didn’t fully make him 100% at fault. This guy probably screwed up but after reading these comments I bet this girl also traped him. Regardless these cases are never looked at in a positive way at all, and this could take a “heart of gold” young man like this and haunt him for the rest of his life. My heart goes out to both sides.
Seriously you people have it all wrong. The story that broke was only the tip of the iceberg. Stand up guy. NOT!!! He was one sicko that took advantange of his situation as a coach and mentor. Those poor kids.
Only 21 and has ruined his life. What a shame. BUT 15 is the new 25. Not to excuse it! But you see this all the time it is just not reported! He did not tie her down. They need a new word for this and not RAPE!
I just want to put it out there that Jason is good guy. He may or may not have slipped and done something he shouldnt have done. However, I would love to hear the other side to the story. And as for the guy that says lets base it on the facts…the fact is he has not been in court yet and we do not know. I hope he is innocent, but even if he isnt, my prayers will still be with him as this has to be tough on him and his family, as well as the family of the girl.
Maybe, he’s a dirty bastid who couldn’t resist the temptation of underage flesh. I don’t care how well you do or don’t know him, let’s base our judgment on the facts, and the facts alone. If he’s innocent, he’ll have his day in court. Although, I must say, a $75,000 bond is a good indication that they got some goods on him.
Jason’s a great guy. What is he now, 20, 21? Only a couple years older than my oldest. He coached one of my children and several friends’ kids in swimming a few years back. I had this kid at my home for diving and swimming lessons. Maybe the girl he’s accused of “molesting” insinuated she was 18. Maybe she’s extorting him. Hmmm…. always two sides to a story.
“Man this guy is sick I knew him from school he is not a stand up guy he is a spoiled beat that finally got punished for doing wrong he deserves everything colin and more”
You are obviously lying or just have some personal grudge held against jason because he is and has always been a stand up guy. i’ve known him for a long time and played on many polo teams with him and he is a great person.

No one has the right to judge or make any comments against someone they don’t even know. We have all made mistakes we regret in life and if you havent I’m sure your day is coming. It’s how we deal with what we did that in the end truly matters. I know this is a devestating situation for everyone close to Jason and his family. Imagine someone you were close to making a mistake like this; having one really stupid night and it be all over the internet for people to mock at and make fun of. I don’t think any of you would appreciate reading it. So how about we not jump to conclusions here until we here the WHOLE ENTIRE STORY!
