I heard he recently pled guilty to a lesser charge becasue of the way he handled the agressive nature the girl was forceing herself upon him. I also heard the mother requested that he be sentanced lightly and not have to register given the nature of the situation. I see your sight following up on other stories when they go bad, but not when one ends in a positive light for the person on trial or in this case a partial victim.

    Webmaster’s note:

We are not aware of any plea or other manner of conclusion of this case. If you would care to provide a citation for either a news report or court record indicating such we would be appreciative and will follow up on it. In light of your comment I just did a series of quick searches using Google, Yahoo! and other search engines and found nothing indicating that the case has been concluded.

As to this site not following up when a case ends favorable for the accused, apparently you missed the “Categories” section in the right hand side-bar. There you will find listing for “Charges Dismissed” and “Not Guilty”, the former containing 33 posts and the latter 30 posts, each and everyone of which we followed up by reporting favorable conclusions for the accused.
